Shipping Methods & Carrier Responsibility

• We use USPS, UPS, FedEx for shipping.

• Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Any concerns must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

• We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they leave our facility.

• If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

• If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for reshipping or replacing lost orders. The customer assumes full responsibility for verifying their shipping details.

Damaged Shipments

• If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of both the packaging and the damaged item.

• Claims for damages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
